Solange Ross, MSPT

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Certified Franklin Method® Level 3 Educator, Certified Lactation Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

I have a fascination with anatomy that started in my early twenties after sustaining overuse injuries while teaching group fitness classes. During my own physical therapy sessions and recovery I became interested in really understanding the body and how the systems of the body work. I bring over 15 years of physical therapy and pelvic floor rehab practice to my patients and over 20 years of personal training and group exercise experience.

I offer in home physical therapy visits for women treating the following conditions:

Pelvic Pain, Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Diastasis Recti, C-Section Scar Care, Pregnancy Related Pain, Pelvic Floor/Core Weakness, Bowel & Bladder Issues, Lower Back Pain.

Most recently I am studying the Franklin Method® and helping my students improve the connection between their mind and body, have a better understanding of the design and function of their anatomy, and improving their experience with daily movement and exercise.

I have a passion for empowering women with the tools to heal in their journey and feel better in their body. I believe that wherever you are in your recovery, you meet your body where it is at; you can find a deeper strength, beauty and enjoyment in the process of self discovery.

“It is an amazing transformation to see a woman connect with the most important part of her body. This happens in only a few sessions. She gets renewed energy, self-confidence, she really starts to shine.”

When I am not teaching you can find me out and about with my husband and three children in Tribeca.
