Solange has a fascination with anatomy that started in her early twenties after sustaining overuse injuries while teaching group fitness classes. During her own physical therapy sessions and recovery she became interested in really understanding the body and how the systems of the body work. Solange brings over 10 years of physical therapy and pelvic floor rehab practice to her patients and over 15 years of personal training and group exercise experience.

Solange offers in home physical therapy visits for women treating the following conditions:

Pelvic Pain, Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Diastasis Recti, C-Section Scar Care, Pregnancy Related Pain, Pelvic Floor/Core Weakness, Bowel & Bladder Issues, Lower Back Pain.

Most recently she is studying the Franklin Method and helping her students improve the connection between their mind and body, have a better understanding of the design and function of their anatomy, and improving their experience with daily movement and exercise.

Solange has a passion for empowering women with the tools to heal in their journey and feel better in their body. Solange believes that wherever you are in your recovery, you meet your body where it is at; you can find a deeper strength, beauty and enjoyment in the process of self discovery.
