Testimonials

As the mother to 7 and 5 year old girls I continued to work out throughout both my pregnancies.  My workouts are an important part of who I am and I enjoy everything from Muay Thai to spinning, however, Solange manages to give personalized instruction in a group setting so that each person can benefit from her exercises regardless of their fitness level. I learnt about weaknesses in my core that I hadn’t even known existed and was able to start using targeted exercises that would address these areas. Complete Core is definitely an ongoing and complementary part of my current workout routine!

Complete Core classes have completely helped me transform my body.  I am in the best shape of my life (after having two children within 23 months of each other) and I owe much of this to Solange.  She is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and creates a supportive environment where moms of all levels can feel comfortable at their current level of fitness.  The classes are challenging and effective, she targets key post partum areas that are left out of boot camps and other classes.  It’s a truly unique environment.  I feel very lucky to have found her!

As a former cardio exerciser who thought I understood fitness, I assure you I did not!  Solange definitely showed me the error of my ways, and I experienced a whole new strength and appreciation for my body, including respect for the important role that core conditioning and flexibility played in it.  As a trainer, Solange is the perfect combination of supportive and demanding.  As a Physiotherapist, she is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, and puts in the work to make sure you are getting the maximum benefit from her class or private session.  I can't recommend her programs enough!

Solange's approach recognizes and respects how a woman's body changes after she has children. She targets and re-educates the true core (including the pelvic floor, the diaphragm, the low abs, and postural muscles along the spine).

It's vital that women take the time to rebuild from the inside out and balance our key supportive and postural muscles. Solange's class does just that - as a result I've seen fewer low back and pelvic injuries and less urinary and bowel issues.

Solange's method rebalances the deep postural system, enabling women to feel deeply connected to their bodies. Postpartum is for life; not just that specific period 6 months or a year after birth. Having a healthy, robust, functioning core enables us to more fully participate
in the many hats we wear as women.
