Complete Core by Solange is bringing a unique conditioning and strengthening class to post partum moms at all stages in life. The program targets the postural muscles and teaches women how to strengthen and connect with their deep core muscles and abdominals again.
As a result of this class women feel an increase in core strength and overall body conditioning, improved posture, balance in muscle groups and increased energy levels.
